Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains what data VOSU (CNPJ (company no.) 66.231.111/0001-17) receives when you use this site, what it is used for and how you can ask to access, correct or delete it, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

What data we collect
Through the quote form you send us:
- Business name, WhatsApp number and type of business
- A description of what you need
- Email and Instagram, if you choose to add them (optional)
What we use it for
We only use this data to reply to your request, prepare and send a quote and talk with you about the project. We do not use it for anything else or send you marketing unless you ask.
Legal basis
We process form data based on your consent when you send it and on steps taken at your request before a contract (LGPD, art. 7, items I and V). Site usage statistics are only collected with your consent in the cookie notice. Technical security of the site is based on our legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It only passes through the services the site needs to work:
- Vercel: website hosting and usage statistics (only with consent)
- Resend: delivers the form to our inbox when you choose "Send by email"
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose "Send via WhatsApp", the message follows WhatsApp’s privacy rules
International transfers
Some of these services store data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with appropriate security measures, as required by art. 33 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as needed to reply and discuss the project, and for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, contract data is kept for the period required by law. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and request access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and information about sharing, or withdraw your consent (LGPD, art. 18). To do so, contact us: on WhatsApp +55 21 97636-4960. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form sends data securely. Access to received messages is limited to the VOSU team.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
